PUZZLE GAME LEVEL DESIGNER

 

We are looking for talent interested in creating the best Games that are played by as many people as possible, enjoyed for years and remembered forever! To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the casual mobile game market. You will work on our upcoming games. You will be developing fun and highly scalable mobile games, played by millions of people. You will be part of a small and high performing team and will have the opportunity to grow your skills while delivering great mobile games.

MISSIONS

  • Create at least 1 best puzzle games per year
  • Benchmark and find gameplay and features based on analysis of the references

  • Besides, do not copy them exactly, create new levels to improve playtime of users
  • Remain up-to-date with Level and Game Design literature and best practices to continue driving the studio’s Level Design expertise
  • Share knowledge and help others grow their skills

 

ROLES

  • Follow the internal process of game creation
  • Create, assess, re-balance and tune new and existing levels
  • Analyze (real-time) feedback and metrics, and adjust the level design accordingly
  • Work with game designers to producers to ensure level consistency across the title(s)
  • Ask for feedback, act upon it and give constructive feedback to others

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are interested in puzzle games
  • Track record with successful mobile games
  • You are creative and hacker mindset
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a mobile environment
  • You have excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • You have a good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to details
  • You are familiar with optimization issues
